1. Who we are

Veko ("Veko", "we", "us", or "our") is a financial research platform operating under the trading name "Veko Financial Technologies". The Service is provided by its operator, an individual sole trader established in the European Union / European Economic Area, reachable at [email protected]. Veko is accessible at useveko.com (the "Service").

2. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Veko governing your access to and use of the Service. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use the Service. By using Veko you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. The service

Veko aggregates and presents financial information about publicly traded companies. Company fundamentals and derived metrics are computed from structured data published by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission through its EDGAR system. Market price data is supplied by third-party market-data providers. The Service also offers research tools such as a screener, company comparison, watchlists, notes, and portfolio tracking.

The Service is a research and informational tool only. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time.

5. No investment advice

Veko does not provide investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and nothing on the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to adopt any investment strategy. All content is provided for general informational purposes only and does not take into account your personal circumstances, objectives, or risk tolerance.

• Data is provided "as is" and may be incomplete, delayed, or contain errors originating from source filings, third-party providers, or our processing. We do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
• Metrics may reflect adjustments (for example, for historical stock splits) and modelling assumptions that can differ from other sources.
• You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a licensed professional and verify data against primary sources before acting. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and investing involves risk of loss.

6. Your account

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and remain responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] of any unauthorised use. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• scrape, harvest, crawl, or bulk-download data except through features we expressly provide, or exceed reasonable-use limits;
• resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit data or content obtained from the Service except as expressly permitted;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, circumvent access or usage controls (including tier limits), or gain unauthorised access to any system or account;
• introduce malware, or use the Service to infringe the rights of others.

8. Subscriptions & billing

Veko offers a free tier and a paid "Pro" subscription with additional features. Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, on a recurring basis at the price and interval shown at checkout (currently €1.99 per month or €12.99 per year). By subscribing you authorise us and Stripe to charge your payment method on each renewal.

• Free trial. New Pro subscriptions may include a 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and your payment method is charged.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
• Price changes. We may change subscription prices; we will give you reasonable advance notice, and changes take effect at your next renewal. Continuing after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
• Taxes. Prices may exclude applicable VAT or other taxes, which will be added where required.
• Failed payments. If a charge fails, we may retry, and we may suspend or downgrade Pro access until payment succeeds.

9. Withdrawal & refunds

As a consumer in the EU/EEA you normally have a right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Because Veko is supplied as digital content/services, by starting your paid subscription you expressly request that we begin providing the Service immediately and acknowledge that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal once the paid service has begun, to the extent permitted by law.

The 14-day free trial gives you time to evaluate Pro at no charge. After the trial, subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel, cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time. This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

10. Cancellation & termination

You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service, and — where the law requires — we will give you reasonable notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

11. Third-party services & data

The Service relies on third parties, including SEC EDGAR (public-domain filing data), one or more market-data providers, embedded charting widgets, and Stripe for payment processing. Your use of those features may be subject to the relevant third party's terms, and we are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or accuracy. We do not control and are not liable for the source data underlying the metrics we present.

12. Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, layout, text, and the "Veko" name and logo — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Underlying SEC filing data is public domain, but our compilation, computed metrics, and presentation are protected. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own personal or internal business research, in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

13. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create in the Service (such as notes, watchlists, and portfolio entries). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to submit it.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all data and content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that data will be accurate or up to date. Nothing in this section limits warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veko and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, investment losses, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service or reliance on any data or content. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

16. Changes to the service or terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and, if applicable, cancel your subscription.

17. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union / European Economic Area and, where applicable, the laws of the member state in which the operator is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you habitually reside. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of the operator's place of establishment, again without prejudice to any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

18. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

19. General

• Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
• Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a transfer of the business.
